HOUSTON (ICIS)--US-based Westlake Chemical has been revised to a Baa3 rating by Moody’s Investor Service, the industry analyst said on Wednesday. 'Westlake's credit metrics and cash flow generation improved significantly since the acquisition of Axiall in August 2016,' Moody's vice president Ben Nelson said. We expect the company will use cash generated during strong cyclical conditions to reduce debt significantly in 2018.'
