SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Vietnamese demand for black PE pipe 100 dropped as buyers found prices high, market sources said on Friday. As PE pipe prices had been on an uptrend since July 2017, buyers are progressively finding it hard to pass on the high raw material costs to their end-users.
