China’s Highsun to acquire Fibrant from CVC, DSM

LONDON (ICIS)—Highsun Group is to acquire caprolactam and ammonium sulphate manufacturer Fibrant from majority owner CVC Capital and former parent company DSM, the China-based chemicals producer said on Thursday.
