SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India's epoxy resins imports in October 2017 stood at 2,328 tonnes, down 28% from the same period last year, official data showed. In April to October 2017, India imported 23,892 tonnes of epoxy resins, according to latest data from the country's Ministry of Commerce.
