LONDON (ICIS)--Primary energy growth last year was driven by natural gas and exceptional growth in China, BP said on Wednesday, on the release of its 2018 Statistical Review of World Energy. Renewable energy closely followed, growing rapidly and 'punching above its weight – driven by robust growth in both wind and solar power,' BP’s chief economist, Spencer Dale said on the launch in London of the latest edition of the review.
