Vietnam’s Binh Minh Plastics now a subsidiary of Thai SCG Group

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Vietnam’s Binh Minh Plastics Join Stock Co (BMP) is now a subsidiary of Thai conglomerate Siam Cement Group (SCG). Nawaplastic Industries (Saraburi) Co Ltd, which is 99.8% indirectly-owned by SCG, has further increased its stake in BMP to 50.9%, SCG said in a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 23 April.
