APIC’18: Hanwha Total’s new PE plant on track to start up by the end of 2019

KUALA LUMPUR (ICIS)--Hanwha Total Petrochemical Co Ltd said on Monday its new polyethylene (PE) plant in Daesan, South Korea, is on track to start up by the end of 2019. Total PE capacity will increase to 1.12 million tonnes/year after the plant, with a nameplate capacity of 400,000 tonnes/year, starts up.
