LONDON (ICIS)--SIBUR is considering moving forward with a long-anticipated initial public offering (IPO) from early 2020 with a flotation in Moscow being the most likely venue, the CEO of the Russian petrochemicals producer said. The company had been understood to be considering an IPO last year, ahead of the start-up of its flagship ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemicals complex in Siberia, but opted to hold back as the facility approaches start-up, according to SIBUR CEO Dmitry Konov.
