HOUSTON (ICIS)--US Group II base oil export prices have been under greater pressure than domestic prices as the market grapples with oversupply against tepid demand. Demand for paraffinic base oils from the finished lubricants sector has been steady but soft this year, leaving the domestic market balanced to long despite a reduction in output from refiners.
