Thai PP producers hike local prices on firmer imports

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Suppliers in Thailand hiked domestic offers for locally-produced polypropylene (PP) resins in the week following gains in the import sector, despite overall sluggish demand. Domestic offers for PP flat yarn and injection grade were at baht (bt) 36.5/kg DEL (delivered) Bangkok, firmer by around bt0.5-1.0/kg week on week.
