Swiss Sika to acquire polyurethane foam systems maker Belineco

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Sika has agreed to acquire Belorussian polyurethane foam systems maker Belineco for an undisclosed fee, the Swiss specialty chemicals firm said on Wednesday. Belineco produces polyurethane foams sold via trade distribution channels in Eastern European markets, it said in a statement.
