SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Polyethylene (PE) prices in the Gulf Cooperation Council area were stable to soft, tracking the trend in prices for May shipments, amid a slowdown in demand with the start of Ramadan. Deals for May-lifting low density (LDPE) general purpose film prices in the region emerged at $1,100-1,130/tonne DEL GCC, largely stable from prices seen for April lots.
