Dutch AkzoNobel to acquire French aerospace coatings maker Mapaero

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--AkzoNobel is planning to acquire French aerospace coatings producer Mapaero for an undisclosed fee, the Dutch paints and coatings firm said on Thursday. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of this year, subject to approvals, the company said in a statement.
