China gasoil oversupply to ease amid refinery run cuts, IMO new rule

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s gasoil oversupply may ease a little following domestic refinery run cuts amid soaring freight costs and prospects of lower crude imports. Lower supply could support the market but it will be a bit of stretch for demand to recover fully given a repertoire of issues that had caused the Chinese economic growth to languish at a 28-year low.
