SINGAPORE (ICIS)--The new decade looks set to kick off to a slow start for Asia's polypropylene (PP) market, though fresh capacities in southeast Asia could lengthen supply from the second quarter onwards. Sluggishness was the dominant theme of 2019, with a fragile economic climate leaving demand for polymers in the doldrums for much of the year.
