US Alcoa Q2 income falls 3.6%, asset sales boost cash

HOUSTON (ICIS)--US aluminium major Alcoa reported net income of $135m on revenues of $5.3bn for the second quarter, the company said on Monday. Net income was down 3.6% from Q2 2015, while revenue was down 10% year over year, according to the filing.
