HOUSTON (ICIS)--US labour union United Steelworkers (USW) and tyre maker Titan International have filed petitions, seeking relief from off-the-road (OTR) tyres imports from China, India and Sri Lanka, the two groups announced on Friday. The petitions alleged that OTR tyres produced in China and India are being dumped into the US market, while the three countries are benefiting from government subsidies, causing injury to the domestic OTR tyre market.
