Indonesia PE domestic producers raise offers amid tight supply

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Domestic prices in Indonesia firmed up as local producers and traders increased their offers on Monday amid tight supply and expected increase in import prices in the market. Offers from the main producer for low linear density polyethylene (LLDPE) film are at Indonesia rupiah (Rp) 17,280/kg DEL (delivered) Java, a Rp550/kg increase from the previous week’s offer while another producer’s offer were at Rp17,700/kg DEL Java, a Rp800/kg increase from its last offer in late February for the same grade.
