SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Japans Tonen General Sekiyu is currently operating its 515,000 tonne/year cracker at Kawasaki at around 93% capacity amid ongoing works to replace one of the furnaces, a company official said on Tuesday. 'One of our furnaces is being replaced so we had a seven percentage point reduction in the cracker operating rates,' the official said.
