US July existing home sales fall 3.2% on low inventories

HOUSTON (ICIS)--US existing home sales fell 3.2% in July, from June, to an annual rate of 5.39m, amid "frustratingly low inventory levels", the National Association of Realtors (NAR) said on Wednesday. On a year-on-year comparison, sales were down 1.6% from July 2015-marking the first year-on-year decline since November 2015.
