SEA PP prices may fall on soft Chinese prices, weak demand

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Southeast Asia polypropylene (PP) import prices may fall amid softening import prices in China and weak downstream demand, market players said Friday. Most Middle Eastern and Saudi producers rolled-over offers from the previous month for December shipment cargoes at $1,040/tonne CFR (cost and freight) SE Asia. However, this failed to attract buying interest.
