HOUSTON (ICIS)--US fuel ethanol prices were higher on Wednesday, following a rise in both production and feedstock corn futures. Chicago hub prices were assessed at $1.63-1.65/gal. Midwest prices were $1.58- 1.60/gal. California prices were at $1.78-1.79, while New York Harbor prices were $1.66-1.69.
