Europe SBR turns attention to June contract talks

LONDON (ICIS)--The European styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) market has turned its attention to June with players awaiting butadiene (BD) contract settlements before negotiations can begin, sources said on Wednesday. Market sources are expecting a rollover to a slight increase; however, BD upstream talks are still ongoing. Some SBR buyers expect a small increase in June due to balanced-to-tight supply and healthy demand for 1500 grade material.
