Turkey PVC imports fall 28% in March, exports rise - Turkstat

LONDON (ICIS)--Turkish polyvinyl chloride (PVC) imports fell by more than 28% year-on- year in March, whilst exports more than doubled, according to Turkstat on Wednesday. Imports were also slightly down compared to February 2016, which saw volumes of 65,932 tonnes transported to Turkey. Players said that lower supply from European and US producers reduced the PVC volumes exported to Turkey in Q1 2016.
