China ethanol imports could drop in 2017 - COFCO

BRUSSELS (ICIS)--China is not expected to import as much ethanol in 2017 as it did in 2016, the business manager of Chinese agricultural group COFCO told an industry event this week. Moussa Li made the comments which mark a change from the healthy year for imports in 2016. He said the second quarter experienced a “crazy” flurry of imports which has since died down.
