WTO rules in favor of Argentina over EU biodiesel imports

MEDELLIN, Colombia (ICIS)--The World Trade Organization (WTO) ruled late Tuesday in favor of several claims by Argentina against anti-dumping duties imposed by the European Union (EU) on its biodiesel imports. However, the WTO added that the EU regulation at the heart of the dispute did not violate WTO rules.
