Development results of the new design solutions for turning machines with steel-concrete composite beds produced by OAO Stankostroitelny zavod Krasny Proletary are considered. Application of these beds enables to improve dynamic and vibroacoustic machines characteristics and reduce their labor intensity and production costs as well as specific quantity of metal. New generation beds designs, concepts of their calculation, design and reinforcing as well as production technology methods are described.
