New friction disk regulator automatically adaptable to the external load is developed, manufactured and tested. This regulator is designed first of all to be an automatic stepless transmission for cars and other transport vehicles. It has also rather high efficiency in particular at small ratios. This regulator is patented in RF and being patented in other countries.
