摘要

The stressed and kinetic states at the arbored tube blank reduction with regard to elastic tool deformation are firstly defined. It allowed to increase calculation accuracy of main technological process parameters and to remove restrictions for reduction application possibility. Obtained formulae having widened application field take into consideration the active friction forces utilization possibility through forced arbor movement in reduction direction. Theoretical results are compared with experimental ones. Design of new die for two-sided reduction of hollow articles is described.
