摘要

Scientific concept for plant management developed by author is proposed. It lets using "Organization and economical model" to operate actively on the investigation object. In traditional concept provides administrative generation of management ideas and solutions realized independently from common workers opinion and new one (continuous information interaction of administration on all levels with all plant workers through "Organization and economic model".
