Peculiarities of the technology of rolling spring steels on continuous rolling mill

摘要

Energy-saving technology of rolling spring steelon unspecialized continuous rolling mills with unloaded standsis proposed and tested in industrial environment.It is shown that it is possible to control temperature-deformational regime of rolling without forced cooling by theright choice of used working stands.This allows to achieve desired mechanical qualities of rolledstock without lowering mill productivity and worseninggeometry of the final product.
