摘要

The N-6-alkylation of 2'-deoxyadenosine is achieved by sodium borohydride reduction of the adduct formed from benzotriazole, an aliphatic, aromatic or heteroaromatic aldehyde and 2'-deoxyadenosine. In some cases ethoxy adducts are isolated and reduced to give the target N-6-alkylated-2'-deoxyadenosine. [References: 25]
