(S015)Practice on temperature control of hearth of NNo.1 o.blast furnace in BBaosteel aosteel

摘要

Since 2017, the hearth temperature (normally below 200 °C°C)) of baosteel's no.1 blast furnace has experienced four abnormal rises, with the temperature exceeding 600 °C°C,, which has had aa great impact on the production index and the cost of molten iron.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of abnormal rise of hearth temperature in no.1 blast furnace, and focuses on the measures to control hearth temperature and achieve longevity.
