A beamformer and transducer are used for apploctions such as ultrasoud (US) imaging,blood flow measurement,tissue displacement/strain measurment,and sonarr measure-ment.For these applications,US beamforming parameters such as US frequency,US bandwidth,pulse shape,effective In addition,US transducer parameters such as the size and materials of the US array element used are also set.In such settings,the US properties of the target are consideredthus,all the above parameters must be set appropriately for the consideration of a system that involves the US properties of the target.
