MONOCRYSTALS OF SILVER HALOGENIDES: PROPERTIES, APPLICATION, FABRICATION AND METHODS FOR DEEP CLEANING

摘要

Optical, mechanical and thermal characteristics of silver halogenide crystals (AgCl, AgBr and KRS-13) are presented. Possible sources of contamination, features of impurities and their effect on optical characteristics of crystals are determined for the development of deep cleaning methods of silver halogenides. The complex consisting of two units and providing fabrication of optical material with quality required for fiber optics is developed.
