Offshore Solutions B.V. appoints new managing Director

Offshore Solutions B.V. (OSBV), the joint venture between AMEC and Cofely Nederland N.V., has appointed Lindsay Young as managing director. Mr Young joins the business from RBG Ltd. (RBG) where he was operations director for its UK business.
