NEW TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARATION OF SOLID STOWING AT ORLOVSKII MINE

摘要

The new technology of preparation of solid stowing mixture using wastes of self-production (such as current concentrating tailings and crushed rock, obtained from tunneled pit-face and processed at crushing-and-sorting plant of the works) as inert materials is described. This technology was put into operation at Orlovskii mine of Zhezkentskii mining and concentrating works. The properties of stowing mixture are presented. The advantages of this new technology are shown comparatively with the conventional technology.
