The Use of Forensic Animations in Resolving Complex Disruption Claims - A Case Study

While the evidence of lost productivity and cost may be patent and simple to quantify, the cause of the disruption and the relationship of the cause to the effect is notoriously difficult to prove. This paper discusses the common methods used to quantify disruption, the use of 3D and 4D animations in identifying causation as visual narratives and as evidence, and presents a case study in which animations were used successfully in resolving the cause and effect of disruption in a complex scenario.
