Three structures for a healthy work environment

We have identified 3 structures to create and sustain a healthy work environment. Each health care environment is complex. Not all patients are the same, not all nurses are the same, and not all cultures and environments are the same. Midland Memorial Hospital nursing leaders will continue to review and understand the literature, to improve nursing practice. Our leaders have a strong desire to create and sustain a healthy work environment for our nursing staff, thereby providing a great patient care experience with optimal nurse-sensitive outcomes.
