摘要

A method involving competitive indirect chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay was developed for the determination of residues of the antibiotic chloramphenicol in shrimps. Optimum incubation time, concentration, ionic strength and pH were established, and precision and accuracy were determined. The technique has greater sensitivity, a lower antibody requirement and a shorter assay time than the ELISA method that is normally used.
