Raging River Expands In Saskatchewan's Viking Play With Rock Energy Merger

Raging River Exploration Inc. said June 1 it has entered an agreement to acquire Rock Energy Inc., expanding its position in the Viking light oil play in Saskatchewan. As part of the agreement, Raging River will acquire all the issued and outstanding Rock common shares. Rock shareholders will receive 0.082 Raging River common shares for each Rock share held.
