NGP Forms Crossing Rocks To Acquire Oil, Gas Assets

Crossing Rocks Energy Partners LLC announced Jan. 8 its formation and the closing of an equity financing with Natural Gas Partners, through its affiliate, NGP Natural Resources XI LP. The amount of the financing wasn’t disclosed. Crossing Rocks, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is focused on acquiring, developing and monetizing North American oil and gas related assets primarily in the Midcontinent, East Texas and Permian basins.
