OPTIMIZING THE FEATURES OF Al-MELTS OF AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY CASTING

摘要

In the area of the safety parts of automotive industry at the most companies and foundries there are a high technology manufactoring. According to the requirement which were leaned against these castings, they must be free from internal continuity mistakes, gas porosity, contraction cavity and shrinkage cavity. The main defect of these castings are the gas porosity which is generated because of the segregation of the dissolved hydrogen gas in the melt which can be prevented by a degasing treatement.
