Meridian Automotive Systems Files Plan of Reorganization

Meridian Automotive Systems recently announced that it has filed its Plan of Reorganization("Plan")with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.Now that the Plan has been filed,Meridian will follow the process required by the Bankruptcy Court to obtain approval at a confirmation hearing and ultimately exit Chapter 11.
