Bobst Group takes majority stake in Nuova Gidue

Equipment and services supplier Bobst Group has signed an agreement with the owner of Nuova Gidue to take a 65% stake in the Italian manufacturer of narrow and mid-web printing presses, with the option to purchase the remaining shares. Federico d'Annunzio, the owner of Nuova Gidue, will remain at the company as CEO and shareholder. Both parties have agreed not to disclose any information concerning the conditions of the transaction.
