Although the New Holland T7000 uses the transaxle assembly from the long-wheel-base Series TM tractors it replaces, it has been thoroughly reworked with a new engine and cab and novelties such as active front-axle suspension, Fast Steer accelerated steering and an ISOBUS-standard performance and control monitor. Engineers behind the newcomer say it has been subjected to their most thorough and exhaustive development and test programme, comprising more than 600 durability tests on individual components and 25,000 hours of field testing with a fleet of 21 tractors in different countries.
