Contact cleaners handle extra wide webs for thinner optical films

As the use of thinner and wider optical films becomes more prevalent Teknek has responded to customer demand by introducing a range of contact cleaning equipment which can handle extra wide webs. It is vital that these highly engineered films are thoroughly cleaned before they are coated or laminated. Teknek's equipment removes contamination down to one micron in size from the web surface. Optical films require zero defects on the product so must use contact cleaners. Web widths of up to 3.5 metres can be cleaned using Teknek's XCH6/200 range.
