New press delivers 15 percent extra capacity

SYSTEMS LABELLING,said to be the UK's largest label printer, has invested in a new Mark Andy 17-inch, eight colour servo-driven flexo press. Managing director Gwyn Bouch says: "The new press will significantly increase capacity to meet demand and provide our business with the room to grow. From a product development perspective we will also be able to run thinner gauge materials with PET liner adding value for our customers by driving down packaging weight and offering a recyclable alternative to traditional glassine liners.
