Innovative projects in paper recycling awarded

The European Recovered Paper Council (EPRC) recognised the most innovative paper recycling projects in September when MEP Eija-Riitta Korhola (EPP, Finnland) presented the Third Annual European Paper Recycling Awards. The winners included:In 2005 Stora Enso Barcelona and Alucha set up a joint company PALWaste Recycling which launched ProjectCLEAN.Its goal was to use jointly developed technology and build and operate Europe's first facility that can fully recycle beverage cartons.
