Barry-Wehmiller buys Bielomatik paper group

BW Papersystems, a subsidiary of Barry-Wehmiller has acquired the Bielomatik's paper processing product line, in its 78th acquisition. Operations will be integrated into its paper systems. BW Papersystems is a global supplier to the paper and board-sheeting, paper-converting and corrugating industries. Its German operations will combine to create a $430-million global group. With this newest addition, Barry-Wehmiller's revenues will approach $2.4 billion as it expands worldwide.
